JBEL Training uses improv skills to grow and improve
human skills.

We use human skills every day of our life in every aspect of our life. With work, leisure, family, and friends the skills of collaboration, curiosity, trust, creativity, listening, support, and comfort with the unknown are needed. Improv workshops are a fun, nonperformative and attainable way to hone these skills.

Wow, this sounds really professional (which we totally are), but improv is fun and playful, which means it's also the best way to learn! There's research to prove this (and links to those articles are around here somewhere). Come and play!

MEET JESSICA

I'm Jessica Belbin and I have been facilitating improv for 10 years.

I specialize in helping people become more present so that they can adapt, be creative, actively listen and embrace failure.

I aim to have a world full of laughter, non-sucky workplaces, support that is real and genuine, curiosity in what is, and better mental well-being for all.

In the JBEL Training Workshops, I create a safer and brave space where you are able to play, learn from failure, and laugh your way to a better team and better mental well-being.
